Online Payments
Through Delta’s secure Web site, you have the option to make one-time or scheduled payments directly from your bank account. Prior to entering the secure payment site, please have the following items ready:
- Account number (provided on the collection notice you received from Delta)
- PIN number (provided on the collection notice you received from Delta)

Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Card) or bank check
If you have an account with Ascendium and OSFA, you can make your online payment through the Ascendium and OSFA Pay Data Center. Payment on all other accounts can be submitted through the All Consumers Pay Data Center.
Please note that not all accounts are eligible for online payments. If you are unable to access Delta’s online services or do not have your PIN number, please contact a Delta representative at (800) 688-6337 for assistance.
Personal Check by Phone
You may contact a Delta representative at with your checking account information, and we will be process your payment.

When you make a payment by personal check to Delta, you authorize Delta to either initiate a one-time electronic funds transfer using the information provided on your check, or process the payment as a check transaction.
Electronic Funds Transfers
Through automated payment technology, you have the option to make a payment using an electronic funds transfer to allocate funds from your bank account directly to Delta. Please contact a Delta representative, as well as your bank, to obtain wiring instructions to initiate the transfer.
